Meal support for people who cannot reliably shop or cook
This request is intended for someone who may benefit from home-delivered meals because of one or more of the following:
- Age-related limitations or a goal of remaining safely at home
- Chronic health condition affecting shopping or meal preparation
- Disability, limited mobility, or transportation barriers
- Recovery after hospitalization, surgery, or illness
- A caregiver cannot consistently shop or prepare meals

A Food 4 Maryland team member will review the request, contact the appropriate person, and explore possible funding or referral pathways. Submission does not guarantee enrollment, funding, or immediate service.
